Skills For Justice

Skills for Justice is the dedicated Sector Skills Council and Standards Setting Body for the Justice sector.


Working with Justice sector organisations across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, Skills for Justice identifies the skills priorities and actions required for workforce development.

Skills for Justice required a central and web-based application for the management of organisations and events. With over 60 users spread across multiple sites, including home workers, Tractivity enables a secure, joined-up approach to client management and allows them to function seamlessly, particularly for the benefit of their client, despite their disparate locations. This has standardised working processes within the organisation, thus increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

As part of the implementation process a number of training sessions were undertaken both at their head office in Sheffield and elsewhere in the UK.
