Land Securities 'People into Action' scheme is a way to recognise and reward people who embody the company's core values of excellence, innovation, customer service, and respect. The programme underwent a rebrand, and the website uses the vibrant colours and images to promote the awards and to enable the nomination of candidates.
The website allows Land Securities employees to nominate a candidate online, shows video clips of previous winners, and gives latest news updates of nominees. Our email marketing system, RE:X, has been built into the system, allowing the internal communications team to send email reminders, updates, and news items relating to the awards scheme.
