Onlincolnshire - Broadband Initiative Website
Lincolnshire County Council’s broadband initiative aims to encourage commercial suppliers to invest in next generation broadband infrastructure.
As the site's audience have potentially low bandwidth connections, the site needed to balance an engaging interface whilst being as efficient as possible to download.
CSS3 was used to implement subtle style effects without the need for unnecessary graphics.
