From January 2016, the business has implemented a strategic restructure with the creation of the RE:Digital Group of Companies. This reorganisation has been effected to allow the different businesses of the Group to focus more clearly on their products, positioning and client base and will give greater clarity to each part of the Group.
RE:SYSTEMS will continue to be a specialist provider of online ticketing software, with key clients particularly in the transport sector, including Heathrow Express, Stansted Express and ATOS Worldline. Services include full booking systems delivered through web and mobile channels.
Tractivity Limited provides the market leading Enquiry Handling, Stakeholder Engagement and Public Consultation software called Tractivity. The software is used by a large number of clients from Local Authorities to Energy and Transport companies and is delivered under a Software as a Service model (SaaS).
Stimela Ticketing Solutions is the Group’s Joint Venture business in South Africa which provides ticketing solutions to the country’s rail operator, PRASA.
The Group operates from its Head Office in Bakewell, Derbyshire, with further offices Johannesburg (Stimela).
