Individuals or company employees can apply for a concession account. Approvals are managed by you or your partner organisations, ensuring only eligible users have access.
Rules you control
Set who gets free travel and who gets a discount. Define maximum daily ticket purchases, pricing, and any other limits.
Fast application and validation
Applicants submit their details, you or your partner organisation validates, and approved users can log in immediately to buy concession tickets.
Mobile-first ticketing
Once purchased, tickets are sent straight to the passenger’s phone via email – ready to scan and travel.
